Cocktail and G&T recipes

Our take on the beloved Pimm’s Cup – a summertime classic and the cocktail of choice at Wimbledon.

We’ve crafted a sloe gin – Distilled Slow Sloe – with gentle, nuanced sweetness. Paired with a fragrant borage cordial, the result is an irresistibly floral serve.
Top it with ginger beer for a refreshing kick that lifts the floral notes, or for a more mineral edge, try a dry sparkling wine with hints of flint and stone.

Suffice to say, this one pairs well with tennis – but even better with sunshine, laughter, and good company.

The tart, sweet, fruity and almond-like notes of our Distilled Slow Sloe gin are complemented by the spicy taste of the ginger and chilli soda. As a untraditional garnish, we use lemon cocktail pearls that balance the cocktail with their fresh acidity, bringing a fruity and spicy sensation to a cold autumn evening.

Just like Mrs. Margaret Brown—the indomitable woman behind the classic Bee’s Knees—defied nature by surviving the Titanic disaster, the bumblebee does the same. It shouldn’t be able to fly, yet it does. The bumblebee’s pursuit of sweetness has inspired our creative reinterpretation of this timeless cocktail.

In our version, we follow cocktail icon David Embury’s lead from "The Fine Art of Mixing Drinks" by adding a splash of freshly squeezed orange juice to the classic recipe. But we take it even further by mixing it with Njord Distilled Slow Sloegin, which brings a deep sweetness and fruity complexity that elevates the cocktail to new heights.
