"Eyes Of A Woman" is a captivating cocktail that seamlessly blends an array of unique flavors to create a truly unforgettable experience. This exquisite drink features Njord Distilled Northside Absinthe, which adds a hint of herbal complexity, paired with the rich notes of Njord Distilled Sun And Citrus Coffee Liqueur. Biogan aronia juice brings a touch of tartness, balanced by the smoothness of filter coffee and the freshness of apple juice. A splash of lemon juice and simple syrup adds the perfect balance of sweet and sour, while a dash of Angostura Cocoa Bitters enhances the depth of flavors.

 

When Fall turns to winter we like to snuggle up inside with this warming cocktail. It has just the right amount of indulgence for our taste. So why settle for a normal latte or a warm cocoa, when you can have an incredibly warming cocktail with the right balance of sweet fruit to creamy deliciousness.

It takes it starting point in our Distilled Sun And Citrus Coffee Liqueur and then meets creamy and clementine-infused cocoa goodness. It takes on a pleasant complexity when nutmeg and cinnamon is added.

First created in the early '80s by legendary bartender Dick Bradsell for a customer — allegedly a top model — asking for "something that’s gonna pick me up, then fuck me up", the Espresso Martini has since become a modern classic.

Our take on this iconic cocktail, which we call "A Gesha’s Sweet Caturra-tini", is a delicious fusion of creamy, floral, and bitter notes. It features our very own gin-based coffee liqueur: a smooth and complex symbiosis of Njord Distilled Sun And Citrus and Søren Stiller’s uncompromising coffee, developed and roasted in his lab.

To create this liqueur, we distilled an extra intense edition of Sun And Citrus to match the explosive, fruity aromas of Caturra coffee soaked in Gesha mucilage from the volcanic soils of Poás, Costa Rica—hence the name. 

The coffee liqueur pairs beautifully with both fresh espresso and our Elderflower Liqueur. To elevate it even further, we top it off with indulgent whipped cream and the traditional three coffee beans, symbolizing health, wealth, and happiness — just like a proper Espresso Martini should.
