Bluetail are organic cocktails on tap, available in around 350 places in Denmark.
Njord has developed and distilled the spirit, and Njord Ligalab has selected the rum blends used in the Bluetail cocktails.
The cocktail recipes are developed by Njord in our Bluetail Lab and development facilities next to Njords' distillery in Aarhus. The cocktails are approved by Carlsberg and put on kegs in Carlsbergs brewery in Fredericia.
Bluetail cocktails are distributed by Carlsberg all over Denmark.
