The Bluetail series is a collaboration between Njord and Carlsberg. The Bluetail cocktails are based on classics such as Bramble, Tom Collins, and Spritz, all given a delicious twist. A Bluetail is tapped from kegs directly into the cocktail glass.

The cocktails have an alcohol content of around 8% and are approachable even for the untrained cocktail enthusiast. Njord develops and distills the spirits for the cocktails and also creates the individual cocktail recipes. Uniquely, Njord designs specific spirit flavors tailored to the different cocktail varieties, adding extra complexity and depth.

Bluetail is tapped by Carlsberg and distributed nationwide. All Bluetail cocktails are organic and are currently available in more than 500 locations across Denmark.
