The Njord GIN & IT cocktail consists of two main ingredients - Gin and Vermouth.
We have conjured up this barrel-aged Vermouth in our Liquid Gastronomy laboratory. The Ligalab Vermouth used in this video consists of apple cider fortified with our Distilled Mother Nature gin. Afterwards, it is barrel-aged in Pinot Noir casks for more than two years.
Follow the cocktail recipe in the video below and enjoy this sharp yet refreshing drink.
1. Add Distilled Mother Nature, Vermouth and sugar syrup.
2. Add ice and stir.
3. Pour over ice in a glass.
4. Squeeze a slice of lemon peel and drop it in the glass.

The potato distillate gives this gin a round, deep and creamy character that perfectly matches the mild sweetness and mellow bitterness created by the botanicals used.
