The gin was born out of a vision of sustainability, where discarded organic Christmas trees along with apple pulp and cores from juice production are given new life and meaning through distillation.

Here the cocktail finds its depth in a cocktail marmalade of blueberries and gin with lemon balm, developed especially for Bluebarb. It brings a rich, berry-filled and citrus-fresh sweetness, evoking memories of sun-warmed hands and purple stains on your fingers after an afternoon at the forest’s edge.

2 tsp blueberry marmelade
12 cl Fatdane rhubarb with vanilla soda
Pink peppercorns, for ganish
