Distilled Happy Minds - Sea Buckthorn Infused

With a clear profile of spicy and floral botanicals, Happy Minds has its own place in the Njord family. At the same time, this gin is the base for two special editions. This special edition is sweetened and infused with sea buckthorn. The result is a spicy gin liqueur at 29% that enhances the fresh notes from the sea buckthorn used during the distillation of Happy Minds.

Key Botanicals
Bay leaves, nutmeg, cumin, lavender, rose petals, juniper and Aronia berries,  sea buckthorn.

Distillate and Alcohol Strength
Wheat. 29%.

This version is based on the 'normal' Distilled Happy Minds and is then infused with sea buckthorn and honey which adds a fruity and sweet dimension.

The gin is a result of inspiring input from the foodies and leaders from Happy Bosses.

  • The Tea of Teas

5 cl Distilled Happy Minds Kombucha Edition

    3. Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass and garnish with a few chamomile flowers.

This Cocktail is a delicious meeting between creamy, floral and bitter. The Gin-based Coffee Liqueur is a complex and smooth symbiosis of our Distilled Sun And Citrus and Søren Stiller´s uncompromising coffee, which is developed and roasted in his lab. The Gin-based Coffee Liqueur pairs excellently with good espresso and our Ligalab Elderflower Liqueur. They are the perfect match - but why not take it to the next level? That is why we decided to top this cocktail off with indulgent whipped cream. Enjoy!
The cocktail called Golden Nugget is created by Mari-Liis Lvov . The inspiration behind the Golden Nugget came from the cumin aroma in our gin, which reminded her of Indian cuisine and a warm Turkish drink made with milk, turmeric and honey.
