Made with our savoury flavour bomb Distilled Sand And Sea, which brings a great complex flavour to life. The cocktail is tangy and spicy with umami notes from the tomatoes, but balanced with the slight maritime and mineral touch of the gin, this one is a tad unusual, but sometimes the best things are.

Ingredients

4 cl Distilled Sand And Sea

8-10 dashes Worchestershire sauce

1 dash celery bitters

1 tsp Sriracha chili sauce

1-2 dashes Tabasco

Salt & pepper

1 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice

Good quality tomato juice

Celery stalk or fresh red chili as garnish

4 cl Distilled Sand And Sea

8-10 dashes Worchestershire sauce

1 dash celery bitters

1 tsp Sriracha chili sauce

1-2 dashes Tabasco

Salt & pepper

1 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice

Good quality tomato juice

Celery stalk or fresh red chili as garnish

Instructions

1. Add ice to a high-ball glass.

2. Pour the gin, worchesterchire sauce, celery bitters, sriracha, tabasco, salt, pepper and lemon juice to the glass.

3. Add the tomato juice to fill and stir.

4. Garnish with fresh red chili or celery.
