8-10 dashes Worchestershire sauce
1 dash celery bitters
1 tsp Sriracha chili sauce
1-2 dashes Tabasco
Salt & pepper
1 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
Good quality tomato juice
Celery stalk or fresh red chili as garnish
1. Add ice to a high-ball glass.
2. Pour the gin, worchesterchire sauce, celery bitters, sriracha, tabasco, salt, pepper and lemon juice to the glass.
3. Add the tomato juice to fill and stir.
4. Garnish with fresh red chili or celery.
