Our organic, classic dry gin 'Cone and Core' is primarily packed with flavors from spruce needles, pine cones, and juniper berries (juniper berry being a cone). Together with apple pulp and husk, these elements create an intense gin that balances a coniferous body with a fresh fruity finish.
'Cone and Core' combines our pursuit of intense flavor with our ambition for sustainable production. Specifically, we distill a large amount of surplus spruce from a Danish Christmas tree plantation, as well as aromatic apple pulp and husk from a Danish cider mill.
