In this cocktail sauce organic cherries has been balanced with a specially produced Njord gin. The gin contains warm spiced notes from i.a. cinnamon and all-spice. This unique cherry cocktail sauce has been developed by Njord Ligalab especially for our christmas Signature cocktail Cherry Christmas but it is also amazing as a topper for the classic dessert risalamande. If risalamande isn't your favourite then just know that it has a very versatile profile so it could be used on nearly any dessert lacking an extra dimension from the complex spice and gin-twist as well.
