LE•MON•SJÆL•LO is Njord’s organic reinterpretation of the Italian liqueur classic, limoncello. This magical liquid made its debut at NorthSide Festival 2026 and has since found its way onto the menus of several outstanding restaurants.
Fresh organic ingredients and a sophisticated production method create far more freshness, complexity, and depth than traditional limoncello. It is perfect in refreshing cocktails or simply served over ice.
In LE•MON•SJÆL•LO, two gods and traditions come together: Bacchus, the Roman god of wine and revelry, brings sun-ripened lemons and eucalyptus. The Nordic sea god Ægir, celebrated for his divine brew, contributes Danish green herbs such as lemon verbena and lemon balm.
