3 cl Njord Ligalab Elderflower Liqueur
9 cl Fever-Tree Mexican Lime
Dehydrated lime as garnish
1. Pour the liqueur and mixer into a highball glass filled with ice.
2. Stir gently with a spoon
3. Garnish with half a dehydrated lime.
Njord Ligalab Elderflower Liqueuris much more than an ordinary Elderflower liqueur. The liqueur contains intense extractions of banana, vanilla and mint, which support the delicate floral character of the extracted elderflowers. It has a fresh acidity from lemons and limes that balances the sweetness.
