5 cl Distilled Comeback Quinine
2 cl sugar syrup (equal parts hot water and sugar mixed)
2 ½ - 3 passionfruits (½ for garnish)
3 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
5 cl Distilled Comeback Quinine

1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker and shake.
2. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
3. Garnish with a halved passionfruit.

They make a bittersweet comeback when they are reused and distilled together with a few other carefully selected botanicals. The result is delicate bittersweet notes that unfold alongside floral and citrusy aromas on top of the mild wheat distillate.
