12 cl Fever-Tree Indian tonic
Zesty apple as garnish
1. Pour gin and tonic into a glass filled with ice
2. Stir gently with a spoon

Our organic, classic style dry gin 'Cone and Core' is heavily packed with coniferous taste from spruce needle, spruce cone and juniper cone (juniper berry is a cone). Together with apple pulp and core these elements create an intense liquid that balances a coniferous gin body with a fruity finish.
