The Bramble is a modern classic that has rightfully earned its place on bar menus worldwide. The cocktail was created in the mid-1980s by bartender Dick Bradsell at Fred’s Club in Soho, London. The name “bramble” refers to the blackberry bush, which Bradsell had a close – and somewhat painful – relationship with during his childhood on the Isle of Wight. He spent countless hours battling the bush’s sharp thorns to harvest blackberries that others had overlooked – berries that later inspired his world-famous cocktail.
In our version, we’ve added a hint of cola as an extra element, taking this modern classic to new depths of flavor. The freshness and acidity from the berries and lemon juice are elegantly balanced with a deep, caramelized sweetness from the cola syrup. At the same time, our Distilled Healing Herbs gin contributes a unique herbal complexity and refreshing floral aromas. We’ve named our interpretation Bottomless Blackberry Bramblish – an endless abundance of delicate aromas and flavors.

Distilled Healing Herbs is developed together with a Danish doctor. It is distilled with botanicals which through placebo tests and double-blinded tests have shown their health benefits. For example, it contains St. John’s wort, which has been proven to have an effect on mild depression, and lavender, which can prevent stress. It obviously contains juniper, like in Genever, the ancestor of gin which is said to be invented to cure stomach and kidney disorders.
This gin is great on its own but is also perfect in G&T’s. If you'd like to know more about our spirit and receive special offers year round then you can sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of our page.
