In this organic Danish made cocktail marmalade, black and blueberries meet a citrussy lemon balm gin tailor-made for the marmalade. Crafted for the Bluebarb cocktail, the marmalade pairs perfectly with Njord's Cone And Core gin and a rhubarb mixer. The marmalade is also delicious on bread with cheese, or as dessert topping.
The marmelade contains less than 1% alcohol.

Organic cane sugar, water, organic blackberries, organic blueberries, pectin, citric acid, organic gin with, among other things, lemon balm.
