A classic with a history as rich as its flavor. The Bee's Knees gained popularity in the U.S. toward the end of Prohibition in the early 1930s when fresh lemon juice and sweet honey elegantly masked the taste of questionable-quality gin. However, the cocktail is believed to have been invented in Paris in the late 1920s by philanthropist Mrs. Margaret Brown—better known as "The Unsinkable Molly Brown," a name she earned after surviving the Titanic disaster.
We recommend making this classic with Njord Distilled Sun And Citrus: Diluted with Birch Sap. The sun-soaked herbs, berries, and flowers in this powerful yet slightly sweet gin blend beautifully with honey syrup and fresh lemon juice, creating an elegant yet wild cocktail experience.
