Flemming, known and recognised for his knowledgeable and warm presence in television, radio, podcasts and public speaking, has woven childhood memories and life experiences into the gin’s flavour profile.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHe grew up in Vejlby, spending many hours in his grandparents’ allotment garden — memories that are now reflected in the gin’s notes of lilac, red currants and peas. As a young man, he would take bus no. 7 into the city centre and the punk scene of an era shaped by cannabis and deep contemplation, which is echoed in the gin through the complex, nutty and herbal character of hemp seeds. Later, his path led through the Danish School of Media and Journalism and, in 1992, to Copenhagen and the advertising industry — with journeys to visit his father in the Middle East, reflected in sumac’s spicy citrus notes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTogether with juniper, the distillation of these botanicals creates a floral, green, fresh and spiced gin.
